Evie Baldwin

Evie Baldwin has extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on global roles. Evie currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at uniQure since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Freeline from October 2021 to December 2022. Evie also worked at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Talent Acquisition, International from September 2017 to October 2021. Evie was responsible for attracting top talent as the company expanded across Europe and Canada. Before that, Evie held various recruitment positions at Biogen from January 2013 to August 2017, including Principal Recruitment Partner and Recruitment Manager. Evie also worked as a Senior Resourcing Consultant at Hays Corporate Accounts from February 2007 to July 2011.

Evie Baldwin completed a CIPD: CPP degree in HR from the University of West London in the academic year 2009-2010.
