Tina Honour has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales operations, customer service, and team management. Tina is currently working as the Sr. Sales Operations Director - Order Management COE Manager at Unison Industries since May 2008. In this role, they lead a team of 25 members in two different states, along with a dedicated customer service team in India. Tina is responsible for managing all order management functions, including new and service orders, as well as handling customer communications regarding sales support matters.
Before joining Unison Industries, Tina worked as the M & S Oracle Systems Leader/Marketing at the same company from September 2005 to May 2008. Tina was directly responsible for implementing Oracle for the Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Depot to Repair (DTR) modules.
Prior to that, Tina served as the Manager Customer Service at Unison Industries from November 2003 to September 2005. Tina was responsible for overseeing the Order Entry Team, which included team members from GECIS in Bangalore, India. Tina also developed a comprehensive six-week training plan for the team and coordinated travel arrangements between the India and US teams.
Before their tenure at Unison Industries, Tina worked as a Senior Sales Coordinator at the company from April 1998 to October 2003. In this role, they processed customer orders and worked closely with customers from quoting to order processing. Tina also gained experience in supervising a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Prior to their employment at Unison Industries, Tina worked as a Contract Administrator in the Services Repair Department at Simmonds Precision from September 1987 to April 1998. Tina also served as a Customer Service Representative at BFGoodrich Aerospace from September 1985 to September 1987.
Tina Honour earned their A.A. degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville in 1992.
