Mark Peterson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition, management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Origination at Unison Infrastructure since May 2023, Mark has held various leadership roles including Director of Land at Davidson Homes and VP of Lot Acquisition & Development at Censeo Homes. Mark has a notable history with Crown Castle, where responsibilities included training and overseeing land negotiators, and negotiating critical real estate transactions. Mark also founded Peterson Development & Consulting, specializing in custom home building and real estate consulting. With a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University, Mark combines academic knowledge with practical experience in the real estate sector.
