Steffany Larkins

Steffany Larkins has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Steffany began their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in 1992, where they worked until 1998. Steffany then joined Medical Mutual of Ohio in 2006 as the VP Finance and Corporate Controller. After that, they held several positions at Medical Mutual, including Senior VP and Chief Underwriter from 2010 to 2012, Chief of Staff and Chief Diversity Officer from 2012 to 2016, and Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the President of the Employee Benefits Division at Unison Risk Advisors.
