Dale Ireland

Dale Ireland has a comprehensive work experience in the business analysis field. They started their career as a Business Analyst at Esanda Finance in 2000, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager and Business Analyst in Marketing, Broker Finance, and Investment Services. They then worked as a Migrations Analyst at HSBC from 2005 to 2007. Following that, Dale joined Barclays Bank as a Product Analyst, where they reviewed operational processes and had assistant product management responsibilities. They further expanded their expertise as a Business Analyst at AXA from 2008 to 2012 and at AMP from 2012 to 2013. Dale's role at UniSuper from 2013 to 2019 as a Senior Business Analyst involved delivering change and process improvements in key projects, such as implementing a web messaging interface and developing a contribution processing solution. They also worked at Equipsuper as a Senior Business Analyst from August to November 2019. Most recently, Dale worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Vanguard Australia, leading the RFP processes and supporting the strategic initiative to deliver Vanguard Super to the market. Dale is currently working at UniSuper as a Senior Business Analyst starting in 2023.

Dale Ireland attended Monash University from 1996 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree with a focus on Economics.
