Kirsty Downes

Kirsty Downes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 1997, they worked at J.P. Morgan as a Business Analyst and later as a Project Management Consultant. Kirsty also served as a Graduate Development Manager for J.P. Morgan's Business Infrastructure Management (BIM) Graduate Program. In 2013, Kirsty became an Independent Consultant at Arbonne International LLC. Kirsty joined Melbourne Airport in 2016, where they held various roles including Senior Technology Business Partner, Technology Project Manager/Product Owner, and Technology Business Partner for Shared Services. Their responsibilities at Melbourne Airport included PMO leadership, project delivery, risk management, and establishing proof of concept initiatives. In 2022, Kirsty joined UniSuper as a Technology Business Partner.

Kirsty Downes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Deakin University. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Lowther Hall AGS. In addition to their formal education, Kirsty has also obtained several certifications. Kirsty is an ICAgile Certified Professional, certified by ICAgile in July 2023. Kirsty is also a Certified Business Relationship Management Professional, certified by APMG International in May 2018.
