Panagiotis Naziroglou

Panagiotis Naziroglou has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and security. Panagiotis started their career as a Network Engineer at PC Systems in 2007 and worked there until 2010. After completing their mandatory military service in the Hellenic Army, where they gained experience in working with people and making quick decisions, they joined AT&T in 2012 as a Senior Network Security Engineer. At AT&T, Panagiotis managed and maintained firewall infrastructures for global enterprise-level customers, handled network outages, troubleshooted network issues, and configured VPN tunnels. Panagiotis also acted as a mentor for Cisco ASA firewall courses. In 2015, Panagiotis joined Accenture as a Senior Network Security Engineer, and after three years, they moved to UniSystems in 2018 as a Senior Network Security Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Network Engineer at UniSystems, starting in October 2021.

Panagiotis Naziroglou's education history begins in 2000 when they attended the 1st Professional Lyceum of Athens and obtained a Degree in Computer and Network Support Technician in 2003. Panagiotis then pursued further education at the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronic Computer Systems Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Panagiotis has obtained several certifications in various fields. These include being a CheckMates Virtual Live Attendee from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in September 2020, a Splunk Certified Admin v6 from Splunk in August 2018, and a Check Point Certified Troubleshooting Expert - CCTE R81 from Check Point Software Technologies Ltd in May 2022.

Furthermore, Panagiotis holds certifications such as a Fortinet Network Security Expert 4 - (NSE 4) from Fortinet in March 2022, a Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) from Cisco in November 2010, and a Cisco Security Architecture for System Engineers from Cisco in November 2018.

Panagiotis has also obtained certifications such as a Certified Professional Services Engineer CPSE: Emerging Technologies from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in July 2020, a Check Point Certified Security Expert CCSE R80 from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in April 2020, a CCNP Switch (642-813) from Cisco in November 2012, and a Forcepoint Certified Web Security Administrator from Forcepoint (details of the month and year are not provided for this certification).
