Vangelis Bakaros has over 14 years of work experience, starting in 2002 as an External Cooperator in the library of the Technical Chamber of Greece. VANGELIS then worked as a Database Support in the Ministry of Development, Operational Programme "Competitiveness" from 2003 to 2004. Bakaros then joined Accenture as an IT Analyst from 2007 to 2010. After that, they worked as an Information Systems Analyst in the Technical Chamber of Greece from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Games Systems Support Supervisor for the Special Olympics World Summer Games ATHENS 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Bakaros worked as IT Support in Crédit Agricole Assurances, where they were responsible for technical user support, systems administration, design and expansion of production systems, and analysis of user requirements. After their role in Crédit Agricole Assurances, they worked as a Database Engineer in IRI from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Bakaros joined Edenred Greece as a Software Engineer, and in 2016, they joined UniSystems as a Senior Software Engineer where they are currently employed.
Vangelis Bakaros has a solid educational background with a focus on both information systems management and business administration. VANGELIS pursued their higher education from 2000 to 2005 at Athens University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, achieving a grade of 6.51. Building upon this foundation, Vangelis further expanded their knowledge in the field of information systems management by pursuing a Master of Science degree from De Montfort University between 2005 and 2006, where they achieved a grade of 57%.
