Gabriela Peled

Gabriela Peled has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gabriela is currently the Head of People Israel at Unit, a company that helps tech companies integrate financial features into their products. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Proofpoint, a leader in next generation cybersecurity. Gabriela also held the position of HR, Recruiter & Admin during their time at Proofpoint. Gabriela served as the HR & Operations Manager at FireLayers, a Secure Cloud Gateway company that was acquired by Proofpoint. Before entering the tech industry, they gained experience as an HR & Office Manager at IbexNetwork and as a Group Department Manager at WTC - World Travel Center. Gabriela's career began at Ben Gurion University, where they worked as a Student Admissions Representative and shift manager.

Gabriela Peled completed a HR leadership lab at QUATRO Leadership Lab in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2014. Gabriela also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the same university between 2007 and 2010. In 2005, Gabriela achieved a Diploma in Tourist Guide Abroad from The Open University of Israel.
