Suzanne Hickman

Suzanne Hickman is an experienced professional currently serving as Product and Quality Manager, Solution Architect, and Principal Consultant at Unit4 since July 2019. Prior to this, Suzanne worked at the City of Wolverhampton Council from February 2005 to July 2019, holding positions such as Enterprise Architect and Agresso Subject Matter Expert. Suzanne has a strong background in supporting various modules of Business World On, particularly S2C, Income Manager, and Bank Reconciliation, and recently contributed to upgrading Biztalk to 2016 hosted in Azure. Notably, Suzanne was integral to the Agresso ERP implementation, ensuring it met business needs through specialized configuration in collaboration with external partners.
