Luke Cohler

As Unite America's Head of Development, Luke is charged with providing executive leadership, developing strategy, and managing end-to-end planning & execution of Unite America's revenue generation activities.

Luke Cohler has dedicated his career to helping transformative organizations find scale. After spending several years at Bain & Company, where he led casework in six countries out of Bain's New York and São Paulo offices, he began a ten-year stint working in leadership roles at high-growth technology startups.

Luke's first tech experience was as Chief of Staff and VP of Marketing at Peixe Urbano, Brazil's first and leading local commerce platform. In 2015, he co-founded Jetty, a New York City–based financial technology platform for the rental economy, backed by top-tier venture capitalists. At Jetty, Luke oversaw all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on Finance, Investor Relations, Go-to-Market, and Operations.

Luke holds an A.B. from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He splits his time between New Canaan, CT and his native home of Manhattan.
