Courtney Shelton Hunt has over three decades of experience in customer experience, organizational development, and higher education. Currently serving as Customer Experience, Implementations, and Special Projects at Unite Digital LLC since January 2022, Courtney leads initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies for a major auto manufacturer. Previously, Courtney was the Principal at Denovati Digital, enhancing organizational success through strategic solutions, and Director of Automotive Operations and Dealer Programs at Reputation.com, focusing on dealer solutions and sales operations. Courtney has also held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and as an Assistant Professor at Northern Illinois University and the University of Delaware. Additional experience includes leadership roles in consulting and human resources, with a strong educational background, including a PhD in Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
