Esther Lee

Esther Lee, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Zappos Family of Companies since September 2021. With a diverse background in human resources, Esther has held the position of Manager of People Operations at Chromatic and has extensive experience as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at Lullabot. Prior roles include Teller Manager at Bank of America and Restaurant Manager at Rancho De Tia Rosa, as well as Human Resources and Event Coordination at Cirque Lodge. Esther's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University, expected in 2024, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management also from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the College of Southern Nevada.
