Kirandeep Chakrabarti

Kirandeep Chakrabarti currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at United Airlines since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kirandeep worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director - HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead for North & East India from July 2018 to October 2022. Kirandeep's extensive experience at IBM from June 2006 to June 2018 included roles such as HR Partner for Workforce Restructuring CoE, DGM - HR Partner, HR Transformation and HR Projects, and Sr. Manager in Talent Management. Additionally, Kirandeep held a position in HR Planning at Samsung Electronics from July 2003 to June 2006 and worked in BU HR at HCL Technologies from October 1997 to June 2003. Kirandeep holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Faculty of Management Studies, College of Materials Management Indian Army, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.
