Louis Ross currently serves as the Director of Post Travel Customer Care and Baggage Recovery at United Airlines since November 2022. In addition, Ross is the Head of Customer Experience at 247 FCR, LLC, where a focus is placed on achieving first contact resolution for clients. Previously, Ross held several leadership positions, including VP of Customer Care at Plexus Worldwide, where a Customer Success team was transformed to exceed KPI benchmarks, and Head of Customer Success at Vorwerk Group, leading the launch of operations and building customer experience teams. Ross also served as Vice President of Customer Success and Executive Director of Customer Success at Beachbody, overseeing a large team and developing an online self-service system that significantly reduced service costs. Early career includes roles as Director of Customer Success at Tastefully Simple and as a Subway Franchise Owner. Ross possesses an MBA in International Business from Metro State University, a BS in Economics, and a BA in Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
