Ramiro Zavala

Ramiro Zavala currently serves as the Head of IT Operations, Observability, and Quality at United Airlines since July 2024, and as Vice President of Enterprise Connectivity at Capital One since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Managing Director of Cloud, Platform, and Employee Experience at United Airlines, VP of IT Global Infrastructure & Operations at Reyes Holdings, and Director of Enterprise Network Services and Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering at Walgreens, where responsibilities encompassed directing IT Network Services and overseeing enterprise systems management, respectively. Ramiro Zavala began a career in consulting with IBM Global Services, contributing to managed network services from March 1995 to February 2002. Ramiro Zavala holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
