Bhaskar Sen

Bhaskar Sen currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at United Arab Bank since August 2022, where responsibilities include steering the bank's transformation towards sustainable growth through a robust risk framework. Prior to this, Bhaskar held the position of Executive Vice President and Group Head of Risk Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank from April 2017 to July 2022, overseeing enterprise risk management functions. Bhaskar's extensive career also includes significant roles at First Gulf Bank, Wipro Technologies, State Street Bank, and Shinsei Bank, focusing on risk management and consulting across various financial sectors. Bhaskar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
