Gabriel Nwokeafor

Gabriel Nwokeafor is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in capacity development and talent management. Currently serving as Head of HR Africa & International and Chief Learning Officer at UBA Group since March 2020, Gabriel previously held leadership roles at Access Bank Plc and Diamond Bank Plc, including Head of Retail School of Banking Excellence and Head of Diamond Academy. Earlier career positions include various HR leadership roles across UBA PLC, Oceanic Bank PLC, Skye Bank Plc, and Resourcery PLC. Gabriel holds a Master's degree in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ibadan, obtained in 1997.
