Elvi Keco

Elvi Keco possesses extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Head of IT Operations & Infrastructure Unit at United Bank of Albania since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elvi held positions as System Network Administrator and IT Administrator at ABIESSE from October 2018 to September 2021, and as IT Infrastructure Engineer at IPRO - Immovable Property Registration Office from March 2012 to October 2018. Elvi began a career as an IT Specialist at ZVRPP Tirane from February 2010 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, completed in 2013 and 2009 respectively.
