Brenda Johnston

Brenda Johnston has over 25 years of work experience in the banking industry. Brenda started their career at United Bank in 1993 and held various positions including Senior Vice President of Administration, Executive Vice President, and Chief Administrative Officer. Brenda's expertise is also recognized outside of their company, as they served as a Board of Directors member for The Employers' Association and was involved in the Michigan Bankers Association, where they served on the Human Resource Committee and eventually became the Chairman. Additionally, Brenda was a member of the Government Relations Council - Administrative Committee at the American Bankers Association. Brenda also contributed to their community by serving on the Advisory Boards for ITT Technical Institute and Kent Career Technical Center, as well as being a member of the Health and Human Services Committee at the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. Overall, Brenda has a strong track record in leadership and administration within the banking industry.

Brenda Johnston attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they also studied at Cornerstone University from 2008 to 2009.
