Lauri Janhunen

Lauri Janhunen is a seasoned professional in asset management with a strong focus on real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at United Bankers since August 2020, Lauri is integral to the property fund's portfolio management team, handling investment analysis, transaction execution, and due diligence processes. Previously, Lauri held the position of Asset Manager at Catella from March 2018 to August 2020, managing a residential portfolio and executing business plans for various assets. Early career experience includes roles at TA-Yhtiöt as a Junior Asset Manager and Project Worker, and as a Surveyor Trainee at the National Land Survey of Finland. Lauri holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment, both from Aalto University.
