Carlos Ballesteros has over 25 years of experience in technical and service roles within the technology sector. Since December 2005, Carlos has been with United Business Technologies, progressing from Sr. Service Rep to Supervisor. Prior to this, Carlos spent nearly eight years at Canon Solutions America as a Technical Specialist, where skills in technical support and service management were developed.
