Anwar Janahi

Anwar Janahi is an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager currently overseeing operations at United Cement Company W.L.L since February 2017, where management responsibilities include a workforce of over 150 employees, including offshore marine vessel crew, with direct reporting to the CEO. Prior to this role, Anwar managed the Human Resources department at Musawa Group Holding WLL from February 2008 to January 2017, providing consultancy to affiliated companies on policy implementation. Anwar's earlier career includes serving as a Business Simulation Specialist at Zain from September 2003 to February 2008, focusing on the entire product life cycle from a customer perspective. Anwar's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Auto Technology Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management from James Watt College, and various professional training certificates, including seven innovation tools training from Focus Learning Corporation.
