Michael Bates

Michael Bates, SHRM-CP, PHR is currently the Vice President Human Resources at UCP Heartland. Prior to UCP Heartland, Michael held the position of Director of People and Culture/EEO Officer at Stephens College, Human Resources Director at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital, LLC, and Human Resources Director at United Services for Children. With prior experience as a Human Resources Manager at Walmart, Michael brings a strong background in human resource management. Michael holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University.
