As President and CEO, Janeen Latin has ultimate oversight of the agency’s operations. A mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader, Janeen excels at developing high performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability among a group of diverse, talented individuals. Her 22-year career with UCP, in multiple roles, has prepared her to successfully navigate the complexities of Pennsylvania’s dynamic human services environment. Janeen brings to the role an in-depth understanding of information technology, finance, human resources, and operations. Her focus is on delivering measurable, cost-effective results that support the mission of the organization to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities each day. Janeen is a passionate advocate for person-centered supports and services and believes that everyone, given appropriate supports, has the capacity to make a meaningful contribution to the community.
