Megan Kelley currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at United Church Homes, a position held since August 2023. In addition, Kelley has been a Commissioner at the Ohio Ethics Commission since April 2016. Previously, Kelley was the Executive Director of the Ohio Assisted Living Association from March 2022 to August 2023 and held multiple roles at National Church Residences, including Vice President of Public Policy and Corporate Communications, from February 2013 to March 2022. Kelley's legal career began in 2001 with roles in campaign finance for both the Ohio Senate and House Democratic Caucus, and includes founding The Law Firm of Hayman & Kelley LLC, where a focus was placed on election law and related fields. Educational credentials include a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. in Honors English/Creative Writing from The Ohio State University.
