Todd Brown

Todd Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Todd is currently the Director of People and Culture at United Communications since September 2022. Prior to that, Todd worked at Asurion where they held various roles including Manager II, HR Solutions, Employee Relations Consultant II, and Sr. Human Resources Generalist. At Asurion, they were responsible for managing teams, developing strategies for HR solutions and risk mitigation, and providing consultation and program ownership for HR compliance and employee benefits. Before Asurion, Todd worked at AIG as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, where they offered counsel and advice to management on human capital productivity and conducted training on HR policies and employment laws. Todd also worked as a Training Consultant at AIG, managing the tuition reimbursement program and facilitating training classes. Todd's earlier experience includes working as a Training Consultant at CNA Insurance, where they designed and implemented training programs for multiple departments.

Todd Brown attended Aquinas College from 2005 to 2006 and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Todd then went on to study at Trevecca Nazarene University from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management & Human Relations.
