Jean Duane has extensive experience in various roles within community action and administrative support. Currently serving as a Self Sufficiency Case Manager and Regional Organizer for Born to Thrive at United Community Action Partnership, Inc. since January 2016, Jean is also the TAX Volunteer Program Coordinator in Willmar. Previous roles include serving as an Administrative Assistant and FEMA Project Administrator at Renville-Sibley Cooperative Power Association, and managing a cosmetology business for nearly three decades while maintaining oversight of operations and financial responsibilities. Additionally, Jean held positions in administrative support at Avera St. Luke's Hospital and played significant leadership roles within Blue Star Mothers of America. Jean's education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree focused on Healthcare Administrative Assistance and Psychology, alongside certifications in Cosmetology.
