John Davis

John Davis is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and media. As Communications Director at United Cooperative Services since 2016, John has leveraged a strong background in editing and writing honed during a decade-long tenure at Texas Tech University, where responsibilities included editing the Texas Tech Discoveries online research magazine and developing the “In the Field” research video series. Prior experience includes serving as a Health and Medicine Reporter and Culture/Leisure Reporter at the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, focusing on public health issues and a diverse range of topics, respectively. John Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Texas Tech University's College of Media & Communication.
