Jim Nowak

Jim Nowak is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in business analysis and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Business Analyst at United Country Real Estate since March 2021, Jim acts as the primary liaison between the business and IT teams, providing essential consulting and guidance. Previously, Jim held the role of Business Analyst at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, from November 2018 to January 2020, specializing as a UI/UX subject matter expert on a product management team. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from May 2007 to November 2018 involved gathering requirements and delivering solutions as a self-starter, managing projects from inception to quality assurance and maintenance.
