Khaldoun al Rajjal

Khaldoun Al Rajjal is an experienced Sr. Project Manager with a robust background in project leadership spanning over two decades. Currently at United Development Company (UDC) since December 2019, Khaldoun has previously held senior project management roles at Nakheel, Ewaan Global Residential Company, and other organizations. Responsibilities have ranged from reviewing tender documents and managing project budgets to leading large teams on high-value developments such as the AED 4.5 billion Jumeirah Heights Project. Khaldoun holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Damascus University and has managed complex projects across various regions, including Canada, the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
