Mahmoud al-Maghribi

Mahmoud Al-Maghribi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in performance management, compensation, and strategic HR planning. Currently serving as Manager of Performance Management & Compensation at United Development Company since March 2014, Mahmoud has focused on aligning HR agendas with business priorities and driving effective solutions across various HR functions. Prior roles at United Development Company include HR Strategic Planning Manager and Head of Compensation & Benefits, where Mahmoud implemented HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previous experience includes positions at Qatar Foundation and Nasser Bin Khaled Holding, demonstrating a solid background in compensation policy development and HR system integration. Mahmoud holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Qatar University.
