Nasser al-Harmi

Nasser Al-Harmi has held several key roles throughout their career. Nasser started in 1998 at Qatar Petroleum, where they worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager until 2007. During this time, they also served as the Head of Compensation & Rewards from 1998 to 2003. In 2006, they joined the Office Of Their Highness Sheikha Moza Bent Nasser as the Director of Shared Services until 2008. Nasser then moved to a Qatar Petroleum Joint Venture and became the Chief HR & Administration Officer from 2008 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been serving as the Executive Director - Human Capital at United Development Company.

Nasser Al-Harmi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Finance at the University of Colorado Denver from 1992 to 1997.
