Wafi Alhaddad

Wafi Alhaddad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and office leasing administration as well as accounting. Since December 2016, Wafi has served as the Retail & Office Leasing Administrator at United Development Company (UDC), where responsibilities include supervising lease agreement preparations, ensuring effective tenant communication, and addressing legal inquiries. Prior to UDC, Wafi accumulated significant expertise as a Senior Accountant at EBLA Computer Consultancy from June 2008 to November 2016, optimizing invoicing procedures and enhancing client communication for payment processes. Wafi began the career as an Accountant at Jude Marketing Company, from September 2007 to May 2008, focusing on financial analysis for senior management. Wafi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in accountancy from Tishreen University in Lattakia, Syria, completed in 2007, and a Baccalaureate in Scientific from Mohammad Shukri Hakeim in 2003.
