Adrian Kwek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adrian started their career with BHP Steel Singapore in 1992 as a General Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing operations, developing sales and marketing strategies, and managing the unit's profit and loss. In 2007, they joined MOTT MACDONALD (BEIJING) LIMITED as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on renewable energy projects. Adrian then moved to Surbana International Consultants in 2014, where they held the position of Project Director and General Manager of the Joint Venture Company. During this time, they worked on multiple projects and gained valuable experience in project management. In 2016, Adrian Kwek joined United Energy Group Limited as the Director of Project Management. In this role, they managed the construction of a 99 MW Windfarm as part of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) under the Chinese One Belt One Road initiatives. The project presented various challenges, including extreme weather conditions, diverse cultures, and logistics.

Adrian Kwek obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1978. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Macquarie University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to their higher education, they attended Birkhall Primary School, but no specific dates were provided.
