Leslie Zhangweihua

Leslie Zhang Weihua has over 10 years of experience in the legal field. Leslie started their career as a Legal Counsel at PetroChina International in 2004. In 2005, they joined CITIC Resources as a Counsel before moving to China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) as the Director of Project Managing Division. At CNOOC, Leslie held various roles including Head of Consulting team, Acting Head of Merger/Acquisition team, and Head of consulting team. Their responsibilities included corporate compliance, project management, legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and advising on compliance of project companies. In 2014, they joined China National Offshore Oil as the Director of Project Management Division in the Legal Department. Most recently, in 2016, they joined United Power Supply Group as the Vice President & General Counsel.

Leslie Zhang Weihua holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University.
