Laurel Ruth Thomas

Laurel Ruth Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at United Energy Workers Healthcare since November 2023. Previously, Laurel held the position of Associate Vice President of Quality and Clinical Education at Covenant Care, Corp., managing clinical outcomes and operational performance across 18 branches in Alabama and Florida. Laurel has also served as Vice President of Clinical Services at PruittHealth, overseeing operations for 25 hospices across three states, and has held significant roles at LHC Group and Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, where Laurel focused on clinical operations and adherence to quality standards. Laurel holds a Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Services and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University, along with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Oakton College.
