Rachel Ricke

Rachel Ricke is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist currently working at Park Nicollet International Diabetes Center since April 2024 and at United Family Medicine since November 2021. Previously, Rachel served as a Medical Surgical Nurse and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at St. Francis Regional Medical Center from February 2008 to August 2021, providing professional diabetes consultation services to adult patients with newly diagnosed Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, uncontrolled diabetes, and diabetes during pregnancy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Registered Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica, attained between 2003 and 2007.
