Murray D Wolfe has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and consulting. Murray D has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations such as United Farmers of Alberta, Threepath Consulting Inc., Cenovus Energy, Enerflex Systems Ltd., FortisAlberta, Canadian Pacific Railway, CN, Canada Revenue Agency, IPSCO Inc., and Deloitte & Touche. Their experience includes managing all aspects of internal audit, delivering consulting and compliance engagements, developing key guidance and protocols, ensuring CSOX compliance, and implementing effective solutions for risk management and control. Murray D Wolfe has a strong background in governance, risk management, and control/compliance.

Murray D Wolfe has a strong educational background in the field of accounting. Murray D first attended the University of Saskatchewan from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting. Following that, they pursued further education at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) from 1987 to 1990, obtaining the Chartered Accountant designation.

In addition to their formal education, Murray D Wolfe has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2013, they received the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Murray D further expanded their expertise by becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in February 2020, which was awarded by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
