Kellie Dolezan

Kellie Dolezan possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Total Rewards at United Federal Credit Union since March 2018. Prior roles include Director of Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits Manager at the same organization. Kellie has previously worked as a Human Resources Business Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation and held various positions at Lake Michigan College, culminating in the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources.
