Peter Totillo

Peter Totillo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Peter began their career in 1993 as a Customer Service Specialist at Gil Hodges Lanes and later worked as a Line Cook at Windows on the World. In 2001, they joined Aramark as a Concessions Manager and then transitioned to the role of General Manager at Gourmet Grill Bar & Restaurant in 2006. Peter moved on to become a District Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs in 2015 and later at Smashburger in 2010. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a District Manager at sweetgreen. Currently, Peter is the Director of Operations at United Franchise Group, where they began working in 2021.

Peter Totillo attended Midwood High School from 1994 to 1997. Peter did not earn a degree or have a specified field of study during this time. Subsequently, from 1997 to 1999, they enrolled at the New York Restaurant School, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. Their field of study during this period focused on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
