Butch Barron

Butch Barron has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Butch started their career at Cinram Manufacturing in 1979 and worked there as an Employee Relations Manager for almost 30 years. In 2008, they joined Sandvik Materials Technology as a Human Resource Generalist, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Butch worked as a Human Resource Manager at Maui Cup, a Letica Corporation. In 2014, they moved to CPG International and served as a Human Resources Manager until 2017. Currently, Butch is employed at UNITED GILSONITE LABORATORIES (UGL®) as a Director of Human Resources Operations since July 2020.

Butch Barron's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Keystone College and earned an Associates in Business Administration with a field of study in Human Resources. From 2010 to 2013, they attended King's College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Global Dynamics. During the same period, they also attended Kings College, where they received another Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Global Dynamics. From 2014 to 2016, Butch attended Misericordia University and completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.
