Rudy Allen

Rudy Allen serves as the Director of Human Resources at United Health Centers since December 2023 and also works as a Human Resources Consultant at iHLTH from May 2023. Previously, Rudy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys from July 2021 to May 2023, and at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from March 2013 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at IMG College from January 2007 to March 2013, Director of Human Resources at Husqvarna Group from September 2005 to October 2006, and Human Resources Manager at AMP Incorporated (now TE Connectivity) from September 1983 to September 2005. Rudy Allen holds a Master of Science Administration (MSA) degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Averett University.
