Yared Tesfaye

Yared Tesfaye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development, financial management, and construction. Since May 2006, Yared has served as Principal at United Investment, overseeing the purchase and development of various real estate projects. Concurrently, since May 1998, Yared has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at USP Parking, a leader in parking facility management. Yared also co-founded DC General Construction Inc. in January 2007, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction in the construction industry, and has been Principal at Potomac Management Group since April 2016, dedicated to enhancing client asset value. Yared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Systems, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
