Ngoma Knight

Ngoma Knight has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 19 years. Ngoma is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at United Living Group since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RATP Dev London from March 2014 to July 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Richmond The American International University in London from April 2011 to March 2014. Ngoma also has experience as an HR Officer at St Christopher's Fellowship from June 2009 to April 2011. Ngoma began their career at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where they held various roles including Personnel Adviser (ER) - Maternity Cover, Personnel Adviser (Recruitment), and Personnel Assistant from May 2004 to June 2009.

Ngoma Knight completed a BA Joint Honours in Human Resources and Business Studies at Middlesex University from 1999 to 2003. Ngoma further pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM (CIPD) at Middlesex University from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Human Resources.
