Ken Reiter

Ken Reiter is the COO at United Mailing Service. Ken was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Supply Vision, Inc. from August 2010 to April 2013. Ken has been in the logistics/forwarding industry since 1996 and has spent 12 years as the owner and President of Infotek Consulting. During that time, they developed Web Freight Pro, the first web-based transportation and warehouse management system on the market. Ken quickly built Web Freight Pro into one of the major software applications in the Transportation and Warehouse industries.

At Supply Vision, Ken expanded on the Web-Freight-Pro product (re-branded as Supply Vision Logistics) with a team of 5 in-house developers and 2 near-shore developers adding additional features to support International Logistics Operations. During this same time frame, warehouse management functionality was significantly improved allowing existing customers to offer more third-party warehouse services.

Improvements in EDI integration between our customers and their customers allowed our customers to scale their business without the need to add additional people.

Ken Reiter has a Bachelor of Science in Business - MIS and Finance from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Ken Reiter reports to Jim Heintz, Principal & CEO. They are on a team with and Mark Ingram - Principal & CMO.
