Al Mariani

Al Mariani, CPA has extensive work experience in various financial roles spanning over four decades. Al most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at United Metro Energy Corp., where they managed financial reporting, budgeting, billing processing, credit and collections, tax compliance, reporting, and treasury operations for the $600 million energy company. Prior to this, they worked as the Interim Corporate Controller at MannKind Corporation, overseeing SEC filings and ensuring SOX compliance.

Al also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Precision Global for 14 years, a multinational company operating in 17 countries. Al'sresponsibilities included global cash management, corporate finance, accounting, auditing, financial reporting, tax, operations planning, forecasting and analysis, insurance, and IT. Al has also served as Vice President Controller at The Dyson Kissner Moran Corporation and Vice President Finance at Kearney-National Inc.

Earlier in their career, Al worked as the Corporate Controller at Precision Valve Corporation and Supervisor of Financial Reporting at Lone Star Industries, Inc. Al started their career at KPMG as a Supervising Senior. Al's experience has equipped him with valuable expertise in financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Al Mariani, CPA, pursued their education from 1972 to 1976 at Iona University, where they achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting.
