Susan st. Amand

Susan St. Amand is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. As the Human Resources Director at UMOS since September 2021, Susan provides strategic HR guidance. Previously, Susan served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, where responsibilities included collaborating with upper management and overseeing comprehensive HR programs across multiple areas. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Castle Home Care, Inc. and Blankstein Enterprises, Inc., where Susan developed HR policies and managed key HR functions. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Ottawa University.
