Marina Sandul is an accomplished professional in the field of human rights and international policy, currently serving as an Associate Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights office since September 2022. Previously, Marina held the position of Program Manager at Nonviolence International New York from June 2019 to January 2022, and completed a traineeship with the European Commission in DG Migration and Home Affairs in 2018. Earlier experience includes advocacy work at the World Heart Federation and an internship in Partnership and Coordination at the United Nations OCHA. Marina's academic credentials comprise a Master of Science in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in European Policy and Law from the University of Amsterdam, as well as studies in Development Studies and International Relations at the University of Groningen.
