Olivier Lamothe is a seasoned humanitarian affairs professional with extensive experience in various organizations, including the United Nations OCHA, UNICEF, and UNDP. Since August 2019, Olivier has served as a Humanitarian Affairs Officer and currently holds the position of OCHA OAD Director Office in New York. Previous roles include Humanitarian Liaison Officer and Associate Humanitarian Affairs Officer at OCHA, as well as Emergency Officer at UNICEF. In earlier career stages, Olivier worked as a Communications and Reporting Officer at UNDP, GMC Coordinator at World Vision, Public Information Assistant at MINUSTAH, and held various roles at CODEHA. Academically, Olivier holds a Master in Management from the University of Liverpool and multiple certificates from Harvard University in Urban Humanitarian Emergencies and Humanitarian Response, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Faculté des Sciences Humaines- UEH. Additionally, Olivier has pursued studies in Spanish and French.
